Meet Our Chefs:
Jason Pullen - Head Chef
Jason has an advanced diploma in Hospitality & Catering Management which he obtained at West Norfolk College.
On leaving college Jason commenced his career working as a manager at the Kings Head Hotel, then furthering his career in cooking he became a chef at The George Hotel and then the Swan at Gressenhall.
Jason achieved many certifications during this period and went on to own his own Public house, but has now returned to his love of cooking
Alex Chapman- Second Chef
Alex is currently completing his 3rd year at City College having decided that a change of career when he reached 30 was to lead him from the construction industry into catering and has now joined us full time.
Having gained previous experience working at The Honningham Buck , together Jason & Alex are a formidable team.
Poppie Mann - Appretice chef
At 17years old, Poppie is following in the footsteps of her elder brother Mikey and training to become a chef.
Poppie is currently undertaking a NVQ apprenticeship here at The Lodge and is showing some asteemed skills and a flair for presentation.
